Farncombe Estate is a family-owned, 400-acre patch of glorious woodland and fields in the heart of the Cotswolds, overlooking the beautiful village of Broadway. Uniquely located on the estate are three individual award-winning hotels.
The estate has been in private ownership for over 40 years and was originally a residential training school and headquarters for a global security company. Over the last three years, however, it has transformed. With a multi-million-pound investment behind us, we have embarked on a journey to create a unique and integrated estate with three-award winning boutique hotels, a country playground for businesses and a haven for leisure guests seeking somewhere remarkable to stay in the Cotswolds.
At Farncombe, our aim is simple: we want to be ‘the most memorable hill in the world’.
Dormy House Hotel & Spa – Perched high above the village of Broadway, with fabulous views across the Cotswolds, Dormy House is the perfect luxury rural retreat. Built around a 17th-century farmhouse and designed to embody contemporary Cotswolds chic, it is a boutique hotel with 38 bedrooms, two acclaimed restaurants and a world-class spa. Cosy corners, log fires and sumptuous interiors – it’s like home, but better.

Foxhill Manor – Set in its own private pocket of the Estate, our luxury ‘Private House Hotel’ is an eight-bedroom Arts and Crafts manor with an elegant modern look and a laid-back atmosphere. Your time at Foxhill is not like the usual luxury hotel stay; here, everything revolves around you. Dine when you want, where you want. Be as active or as lazy as you like. Throw a party, ramble around Farncombe Estate, sip sunset cocktails on the terrace, hold a movie marathon in the Cinema Room, or cosy up by the Drawing Room fire with a book, a board game and a Burgundy – Foxhill Manor is what you make it.
