**We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa—one of the Cotswolds’ most recognised boutique luxury hotels.**

Dormy House is home to **3 AA Rosette dining at The Back Garden** and our **Michelin-featured 4AA chef’s table, MO** . As a Chef de Partie, you’ll work within a highly organised, supportive kitchen brigade, guided by Michelin-starred **Culinary Director Martin Burge** . This role offers the chance to grow your skills, work with excellent ingredients, and be part of a kitchen committed to high standards and consistency.

You’ll join a calm, professional environment with modern equipment, strong teamwork, and ongoing investment—designed to help you progress confidently and sustainably.

**What you’ll be doing:**

* Running your section consistently and efficiently

* Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard

* Assisting with prep, mise en place and stock control

* Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the wider brigade

* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

* Helping deliver a smooth and professional service

✨ **What we’re looking for:**

* Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen

* A reliable, professional and proactive approach

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* A desire to learn and develop within a high-performing kitchen

* A positive attitude and pride in producing quality work

**The details:**

* £35,692.80 per year

* Plus service charge (approx. £38,500 OTE)

* 48 hours per week

* Meals on duty and uniform provided

* Live-in accommodation can be arranged
