We’re on the lookout for our next Duty Manager (we call you a “House Manager”) at Foxhill Manor, our 5 AA red star hotel in the Cotswolds. Nestled in the heart of Farncombe Estate, Foxhill Manor is our grade-two listed, private house hotel, featuring just eight bedrooms and suites. In this beautiful boutique hideaway, guests are invited to throw out the “hotel rule books”, relax and enjoy purely indulgent hospitality.

The House Manager is responsible for:

* Ensuring our guests’ every need is taken care of, every moment of their stay
* Liaising with our chefs and housekeeping team to provide exemplary five star service
* Serving food, drinks, fine wines and offering concierge style services such as driving across the estate and making reservations
* Co-ordinate arrivals and departures, providing outstanding host services throughout

ABOUT YOU:

* Have you got experience working at a luxury venue offering similar high levels of service?
* Are you confident in hosting guests with high expectations?
* Are you familiar working with fine wines?
* Are you warm, welcoming and genuinely hospitable?
* Do you love to consistently offer a five star level service, to exceed expectations and delight guests?
* Are you an excellent communicator who loves being a key cog in the team?

Working in a small, talented and friendly team, shifts include evenings and weekends with a mixture of early, middle and late shifts. You’ll need a full UK driving license, as assisting guests using Estate vehicles is part of the role.

We offer up to around £31,800 per year (£29,328 basic plus gratuities). We also provide a clothing allowance, paid monthly, and provide complimentary food on duty. Our 500 acre Estate of three award-winning hotels (including Dormy House and The Fish) is the perfect place to develop and learn.
