**Food & Beverage Manager at Farncombe Estate**

The Dormy House Hotel is one of the Cotswolds’ most well known boutique luxury hotels. You’ll have the opportunity to work across our stunning 3 AA Rosette restaurant The Back Garden, and 4 AA Rosette and Michelin featured “chef’s table” restaurant Mo, as well as within our beautiful spa and bar areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the F&B service department, ensuring that every guest enjoys the highest level of service, while also driving profitability and team development. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage and mentor a dynamic team, and work closely with other departments to deliver seamless service.

**We offer a salary package of just over £44,500 per year (£42,183 basic plus around £2,000–2,500 per year in service charge), meals on duty, and an allowance towards your work outfits. This role is a 40-hour per week contract (5 days a week including weekends).**
