* Host and organise member-exclusive events to strengthen relationships

* Work with the marketing team to promote offers and track engagement

* Keep membership and guest databases up to date, generating reports on sales and engagement

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, consistent service delivery

✨ Ideally, you will have:

* Experience in guest services, reception, or membership coordination (ideally in luxury hospitality)

* A warm, approachable personality and a genuine passion for hospitality

* Confidence in balancing guest-facing duties with administration

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build great relationships

* Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort with basic administration tasks

* A proactive, can-do attitude and an eye for detail
