We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and passionate **Waiting Staff** to join our Food & Beverage team at **The Fish Hotel** — one of Farncombe Estate’s award-winning hotels, set within our beautiful hillside woodland above Broadway.
The Fish is all about relaxed, feel-good luxury… from cosy woodland dining to quirky luxury treehouses and shepherd’s huts. Guests come to switch off, enjoy great food and soak up the views — and our restaurant, with its 2 AA Rosettes, plays a big part in making that happen. As part of our Waiting Team, you’ll help deliver warm, attentive and memorable service every day.
️ What you’ll be doing:
* Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
* Delivering excellent food and drink service with confidence and care
* Sharing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations
* Ensuring tables and dining areas are clean, organised and inviting
* Working closely with kitchen and bar teams
* Handling payments accurately and professionally
* Supporting colleagues during busy services
* Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
The details:
* £12.60 per hour (rising to £12.80 after one year)
* 2 roles available: 40 hours over 5 days OR 32 hours over 4 days
* Plus a share of service charge
* Meals on duty and uniform provided
* Full-time and part-time opportunities available
* Weekend working required
