We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable **Breakfast Chef** to join the team at **Foxhill Manor** , our exclusive “private house” hotel and the **Cotswolds’ only 5 AA Red Star property** .
With just eight luxurious suites, Foxhill Manor offers an intimate, highly personalised guest experience where breakfast is a key part of the day. From beautifully cooked classics to thoughtful dietary requests, the breakfast service sets the tone for each guest’s stay. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts, takes pride in quality and consistency, and values working in a calm, well-organised kitchen.
You’ll be working as part of a supportive brigade, using excellent equipment and high-quality ingredients, in an environment where standards, teamwork and attention to detail truly matter.
**The details:**
* £29,744 per year
* Plus share of gratuities (approximately £2000-2500 per year)
* 40 hours over 5 days (includes weekend working)
* Full-time, permanent contract
* Early morning shifts
