Perched on our beautiful hillside estate above Broadway, Dormy House Hotel is a 4 AA Red Star boutique hotel known for its laid-back luxury and exceptional food and drink experiences. From our 3 AA Rosette restaurant *The Back Garden* to our 4 AA Rosette and Michelin Guide-listed chef’s table *MO* , this is a place where passion, creativity and quality come together.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Food & Beverage service department—driving exceptional guest experiences, developing a high-performing team, and delivering strong commercial results across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

* Leading the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across the hotel
* Delivering personal, memorable and anticipatory guest experiences
* Managing, motivating and developing managers, supervisors and wider teams
* Driving service standards, consistency and attention to detail
* Monitoring performance, labour and costs to deliver against budgets
* Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
* Working closely with kitchen and wider departments to ensure seamless service

The details:

* **£43,449 p/a plus gratuities (approximately £2000-2500 p/a)**
* 40 hours per week, 5 days including weekends
* Meals on duty + contribution towards workwear
