**We are recruiting for a Bar Manager at our beautiful hotel, The Fish, in the Cotswolds!**
We are a family-owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring the acclaimed seafood restaurant *Hook* (2 AA rosettes) serving sustainable Cornish seafood. Our guests can also enjoy our vibrant lounge and bar areas, offering gourmet hotdogs, small plates, cocktails, and delicious regional tipples.
Nestled in the heart of the woodlands at the south of our Estate, The Fish’s friendly team is looking for a **Bar Manager** to lead and inspire our bar team and help us deliver exceptional hospitality every day. Our ideal candidate has experience managing within high-quality bar or food and drink settings, is confident leading a team, and brings bundles of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
We offer a salary package of just over **£35,000 per year** (£32,760 basic plus around £2,000–2,500 per year in service charge), meals on duty, and an allowance towards your work outfits.
