Family owned and part of the Small Luxury Hotels collection, here at the 4 AA red star The Fish Hotel we serve stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a rustic woodland setting on our 500 acre Cotswolds Estate – it’s the perfect place to escape city life and breathe some fresh air into your career. Working in our 2 AA Rosette kitchen, you’ll join a hardworking and organised team. The kitchen features top-of-the-range equipment, and with ongoing investment into the department, it really is a excellent work environment. With events, working lunches, and a fun gourmet hot dog menu for our bar and room service, every day is different and there is so much to learn!

We offer an excellent salary of £35,692 per year, plus service charge (around £3,000-£3,500 per year).
