We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious **Chef de Partie** to join our award-winning team at **The Fish Hotel**
**We are a family-owned estate, Home to the 2 AA Rosette Hook Restaurant, delivering a predominantly fish menu and our amazing hand‑crafted pizzas, cooked in a deck oven for the bar.**
As CDP, you’ll work as part of a close-knit, supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director **Martin Burge** , giving you the perfect environment to build confidence, refine your core skills and progress your career.
You’ll be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. If you’re keen to develop your craft and enjoy working with fresh, seasonal produce, this is a brilliant next step.
**What you’ll be doing:**
* Running your section consistently and efficiently
* Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Assisting with prep, mise en place and stock control
* Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the wider brigade
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
* Helping deliver a smooth and professional service
✨ **What we’re looking for:**
* Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
* A reliable, professional and proactive approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A desire to learn and develop within a high-performing kitchen
* A positive attitude and pride in producing quality work
**The details:**
* £35,692.80 per year
* Plus service charge (approx. £38,500 OTE)
* 48 hours per week
* Meals on duty and uniform provided
* Live-in accommodation can be arranged
