**We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa — one of the Cotswolds’ most recognised boutique luxury hotels.**

Dormy House is home to 3 AA Rosette dining at The Back Garden and our Michelin-featured chef’s table, MO. As a Demi CDP, you’ll work alongside a skilled, supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, giving you the perfect environment to build confidence, refine core techniques and grow into your next role.

You’ll be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where high standards, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. If you’re keen to progress and enjoy working with fresh, seasonal ingredients, this is an excellent next step.

**What you’ll be doing:**

* Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes

* Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service

* Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop

* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

* Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional

* Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation

**The details:**

* £32,448 per year

* Plus service charge (£3,000–£3,500 OTE)

* Approximately £36,000 total earnings

* 48 hours per week

* Meals on duty and uniform provided

* Live-in accommodation available
