We’re on the lookout for a **Deputy Operations Manager** to join the team at **Foxhill Manor** – our intimate, 5 AA Red Star private house hotel, tucked away in the Cotswold hills on Farncombe Estate.

With just eight individually designed bedrooms and a relaxed “whatever you fancy” approach, Foxhill is a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Guests throw out the rule book and enjoy completely bespoke, indulgent stays – and that’s where you come in.

As Deputy Operations Manager, you’ll help lead our small, talented team to deliver unforgettable moments every day. From anticipating guest needs to supporting food, drink and housekeeping service, you’ll be a key figure in making the Manor run smoothly – and making each guest feel truly at home.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

* Delivering warm, intuitive and personalised service in the unique Foxhill style

* Supporting daily operations and upholding five-star standards throughout

* Leading by example – setting the tone for service, pace and presentation

* Working with chefs, housekeepers and the estate team to create seamless experiences

* Training and supporting the team to improve service and confidence

* Staying on top of rotas, guest feedback, costs and operational details

* Being a true host – visible, proactive and always ahead of guest expectations

You’ll work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and will **need a full UK driving licence** as you’ll be helping across the estate.

**Total package: up to £41,600 per year** (£39,140 basic plus gratuities), plus:
