**We’re on the lookout for our next Estate Administrator at Farncombe Estate.**

Set across 500 acres of beautiful Cotswold countryside, Farncombe Estate is home to three award-winning hotels – Dormy House, The Fish and Foxhill Manor – along with our hillside hideaways at Hillside Hangouts, residential properties, farms, forestry and gardens.

The **Estate Administrator** plays a vital behind-the-scenes role supporting our Estate Director and acting as a central point of coordination across the wider estate. This is a highly varied, trusted and people-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, communication and keeping complex operations running smoothly.

**The Estate Administrator is responsible for:**

* Providing high-level executive and administrative support to the Estate Director

* Acting as the main point of contact for estate enquiries across tenants, contractors and internal teams

* Coordinating communications across hotels, property management, farms, gardens and back-of-house operations

* Supporting property administration including tenancies, compliance documentation and repairs

* Assisting with financial administration including invoicing, supplier payments, accruals and cost tracking

* Supporting maintenance and capital projects through quote collation and cost monitoring

* Maintaining estate Health & Safety, compliance and insurance records

* Managing documentation for planning, land, woodland, agriculture and sustainability projects

* Supporting HR administration for the Estates Team including onboarding and training records

* Overseeing estate office systems, IT coordination and document management

No two days are the same! This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being right at the heart of a busy estate.

**This is a full-time, permanent role** , working **40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) on site** , offering a **salary of circa £32,000 per annum** , plus excellent benefits.
