**We’re on the lookout for our next brilliant Estate Worker to join the Farncombe Estate Team!**
Set across 600 acres of stunning Cotswold countryside, Farncombe Estate is home to three award-winning hotels — Dormy House, The Fish and Foxhill Manor — along with woodland trails, lakes, cabins, hillside hideaways and beautifully maintained grounds.
We’re looking for a hands-on, hardworking and enthusiastic **Estate Worker** to help keep our entire estate running smoothly. This role is varied, practical and perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems and taking pride in a job well done.
As part of our friendly Estate Maintenance Team, you’ll support the upkeep of **all three hotels and the wider grounds** — from guest areas and pathways to buildings, cabins, signage, and estate infrastructure. No two days are ever the same, and your work will have a direct impact on the guest experience across the whole estate.
**Day to day, you’ll be:**

* Carrying out general maintenance and “handyperson” tasks across the estate
* Supporting both preventative and reactive maintenance for all three hotels and shared areas
* Helping ensure our buildings, pathways, cabins and grounds are maintained to exceptional standards
* Working closely with estate teams, hotel teams and the wider maintenance department
* Keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do

**ABOUT YOU:**

* Organised, efficient and able to manage your workload
* Safety-conscious with strong awareness of Health & Safety (Nebosh/IOSH is a bonus!)

* Proud of delivering high standards and doing things properly
✨ **The details:**
Full-time, 40 hours per week
8am–5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
Mainly weekdays with **1 weekend in 4** for occasional cover
**£27,040 per annum + service charge** (approx. £2,000–£2,500 per year)
