Housekeeping Supervisor – Dormy House Hotel, Farncombe Estate
We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our award-winning Dormy House Hotel. With 39 stunning bedrooms and suites, beautiful restaurants, and cosy relaxing nooks, Dormy House is all about helping our guests create magical Cotswold memories – and you’ll play a key part in making that happen.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll help oversee the cleaning and presentation of our bedrooms as well as our gorgeous bar, restaurant, and lounge spaces. You’ll lead by example, supporting the team in maintaining the highest standards across the hotel and ensuring every guest feels the true Dormy warmth from the moment they arrive.
The role is based on a 40-hour per week contract (working 8-hour shifts plus ½ hour unpaid lunch break, across 5 days which will include weekends). Shift times will vary, with start times from 8am and finish times up to 6pm.
✨ Ideally, you will have:
* Experience working in luxury, high-end accommodation
* Confidence in supervising and supporting a team with a constructive and respectful approach
* A hands-on attitude, happy to roll up your sleeves and complete tasks to a high standard
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage daily workloads efficiently
* Excellent awareness of health and safety standards
* A positive, team-focused mindset with the ability to motivate others
* A full driving licence
Pay & Benefits
We offer **£14.15 per hour, rising to £14.45 after 1 year** (around £29,432–£30,056 per year), plus service charge (around £2,000–£2,500 per year), giving a total package of up to **£32,500 per year** .
