We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking **Kitchen Porter** to join the award-winning kitchen team at **The Fish Hotel** — one of Farncombe Estate’s most distinctive countryside hotels in the Cotswolds.
Set within our stunning woodland estate, **Hook at The Fish** delivers quality, sustainable cooking in a relaxed yet professional environment. Working in a **2 AA Rosette kitchen** , you’ll be part of a friendly, organised and supportive brigade, playing a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

**What you’ll be doing:**
* Supporting the kitchen team with pot wash and general cleaning duties
* Keeping kitchen areas clean, tidy and organised at all times
* Assisting with basic food prep where required
* Ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
* Supporting the smooth running of service during busy periods
* Working closely with chefs and front-of-house teams

* A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
* A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
* Good attention to cleanliness and organisation
* The ability to work evenings and weekends
* Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
**The details:**
* £12.60 per hour
* Plus service charge (£2,000–£2,500 per year)
* 40 hours per week
* Includes evenings and weekends
* Meals on duty and uniform provided
