**Marketing Manager**

We’re on the lookout for our next **Marketing Manager** at Farncombe Estate. Set across 500 acres of Cotswold countryside, Farncombe is home to three award-winning hotels – **Dormy House, The Fish, Foxhill Manor** – along with our collection of hillside hideaways at Hillside Hangouts. Each brand has its own character, but together they share one mission: to deliver laid-back luxury and unforgettable guest experiences.

**The Marketing Manager is responsible for:**

* Developing and delivering marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all Farncombe properties.
* Managing paid advertising, SEO, and website development with agencies.
* Leading our social media strategy and community engagement.
* Creating engaging content and data-led campaigns that convert.
* Coordinating PR, influencer stays, and media opportunities.
* Overseeing creative projects – photography, videography, design, and branded collateral.
* Supporting internal teams with brand and marketing guidance.

**ABOUT YOU:**

* Do you have proven experience in multi-channel marketing?
* Are you confident managing campaigns, agencies and multiple stakeholders?
* Do you combine creativity with a sharp eye for brand detail?
* Are you comfortable analysing data as well as crafting content?
* Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same?
* Are you collaborative, proactive, and passionate about luxury hospitality?

This is a **full-time, permanent role** , working **Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm** . We offer a salary of **£41,000 – £43,700 per annum** .
