**Reception Supervisor – The Fish Hotel, Farncombe Estate**

We are currently recruiting for a Reception Supervisor to join our fantastic Front of House team at The Fish, one of the award-winning hotels on Farncombe Estate. Our 500-acre Estate is set on a beautiful hillside just above Broadway and is the perfect place to develop and learn.

As Reception Supervisor, you’ll help to oversee the smooth running of the reception, supporting our brilliant team of reception hosts and ensuring every guest has a memorable and high-quality experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Behind the scenes, you’ll also help to keep everything organised and running seamlessly, supporting the wider hotel operations.

The role is based in The Fish Hotel on a 40-hour per week contract (working 8-hour shifts plus ½ hour unpaid lunch break, across 5 days which will usually include weekends).

✨ **Ideally, you will have:**

* Experience working in a luxury hotel reception or reservations role

* Confidence in supporting and supervising a team, with a constructive and encouraging approach

* A hands-on attitude and a love of getting things done to a high standard

* Great organisational skills and efficiency in managing daily tasks

* A true team player mindset, always willing to support colleagues

**Pay & Benefits**
We offer £14.15 per hour (around £29,432 per year), plus service charge (around £2,000–£2,500 per year), making a total package of around £31,932 per year.
