Perched on our beautiful hillside estate above Broadway, Dormy House Hotel is a 4 AA Red Star boutique hotel known for its laid-back luxury and exceptional food. From our 3 AA Rosette restaurant *The Back Garden* to our 4 AA Rosette and Michelin Guide-listed chef’s table *MO* , this is a kitchen where passion, creativity and quality come together.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to step into a key leadership role, supporting the Head Chef, developing a talented brigade, and helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
About you:

* **£44,604 total package per year** (including service charge)
* 48 hours per week, 5 days including weekends
